So for the second time around, I went for a dressed down look and added a little color to brighten up my day. I love wearing black and if I don't make a conscious effect to wear color with a black bottom, I will be wearing all black or black and white these days. So to change my look, I just added this colorful, fun and comfortable fleece shirt (I found at a thrift shop last month for $2) with a denim jacket. Pulled it together with my cowgirl boot and a pair of long purple socks and I'm good to go - cute while yet comfy. As I promised, all closet finds. I pulled these goodies out of my scarf bin; yes I really have one of those because I love scarfs and buy them all year long. I stumbled on this hand knit green and brown scarf and hat set attending a Zumba fitness event that also showcased local small businesses - the color and the uniqueness of the scarf is what attracted me to this piece and not to mention the hat detailing is cute!
