Say it with Blue

Rediscovering blue is a great shift from wearing black. And with more darker wash denim jeans and navy bottoms showing up, it's a great time to make blue a go to neutral. Blue is chic and practical - when paired with a color like green, yellow, lilac or white it brings a powerful and strong look. I paired this festive Bisou Bisou for JC Penney sleeveless crop top with a classic white Micahel Kors button-front shirt and a pair of Rainbow Shop high waist leggings. You can easily change the look by wearing the crop top without the shirt (the length still leaves your stomach to the imagination - remember showing less is more). The sandals are sassy and comfortable thanks to Mossimo for Target. With the exception of the Fossil Watch and Express earring, accessories are Rainbow too.
